How to Reach Us
You can reach us by email at [email protected]. We reply as quickly as we reasonably can, usually within a few business days. Please understand that this is an independent project run by a small team, so we may not match the response speed of a commercial support desk — but we will read every message carefully.
Feedback We Welcome
We genuinely want to hear from you. The following kinds of feedback are especially valuable to us:
- Bug reports: scoring errors, questions not displaying correctly, pages that fail to load, and other technical issues
- Content suggestions: improvements to question wording, result interpretation, or scale explanations
- Translation improvements: Chinese or English phrasing that is inaccurate, unnatural, or contains typos
- Scale and academic corrections: if we have misattributed a scale’s origin, author, or scoring method
- Feature requests: new tests or features you would like to see
When reporting an issue, including the URL of the affected page, your device and browser, and a screenshot will help us track it down much faster. Thank you.
A Note on Privacy
To protect your privacy, please do not send sensitive personal medical information by email — for example, specific diagnoses, medication records, or detailed descriptions of your symptoms. Email is not a fully secure channel. If you want to raise an issue related to your personal state, please describe the situation objectively (for example, "a particular question in a particular test") without disclosing identifiable health information.
For details on how we collect, use, and protect data, please see our Privacy Policy page.
Business and Partnership Inquiries
If you represent an organization, research team, or media outlet and would like to explore content collaboration, scale research, media interviews, advertising, or other commercial partnerships, you are also welcome to write to [email protected]. Please include the word "Partnership" in the subject line so we can prioritize it.
A note up front: to keep our content objective and neutral, we do not accept sponsorship that could influence test results or the independence of our interpretation, and we will not insert paid promotions or content that directs users toward specific clinics inside our mental-health test flows.
Thank you for your trust and support. Every piece of feedback makes this project a little more reliable.
