Terms of Service | tc.whataicando.site
Last updated: 2026-07-17
Welcome to tc.whataicando.site ("the Site" or "we"). These Terms of Service (these "Terms") form a binding agreement between you and the Site governing your use of the free online psychological self-assessment tools and related services offered on the Site (the "Service"). Please read these Terms carefully in full before using the Service.
By accessing or using the Service in any way — whether by registering an account, browsing pages, completing a test, or otherwise — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please stop using the Service immediately. Minors should read these Terms with a parent or guardian and use the Service only with their consent.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By visiting the Site, registering an account, or using any part of the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Depending on how the Service is presented to you, your acceptance may be expressed by checking a box, clicking an "I agree" button, or simply continuing to use the Service. Once you accept, these Terms are binding on you.
We may provide separate rules, guidelines, or instructions for specific features (for example, instructions for an individual test). Those separate rules form part of these Terms; in the event of any conflict between them and these Terms, the separate rules will prevail with respect to the corresponding feature.
2. Description of the Service
The Site is a free online platform for self-assessment of mental health, offering self-report tools including, but not limited to, ADHD (attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder) screening, MBTI personality typing, autism spectrum screening, IQ tests, and assessments for anxiety, depression, stress, and sleep. After completing a test, you can view your results and, once signed in, review past attempts on your "History" page.
We reserve the right to add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any test or feature, and to update or improve the Service, at any time without prior consent or liability. Where a change materially affects your rights, we will provide notice as required by law.
3. Important Disclaimer (Not Medical Advice)
You acknowledge and agree that, before making any decision based on any test result from this Site — including whether to see a doctor, whether to take medication, or whether to make changes to your life or work — you should consult an appropriately qualified professional yourself. You are solely responsible for any actions you take based on test results and for the consequences of those actions.
4. No Guarantee of Accuracy
The self-assessment tools provided on this Site have inherent limitations: results depend on your subjective understanding of the items and your honest responses; some scales are derived from publicly published research or assessment instruments designed for screening rather than diagnosis; and network conditions, device differences, and your state at the time of answering may also affect the outcome. Accordingly, we make no express or implied warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of any test result.
You understand and agree that test results are provided for personal reference only and should not be used as the sole basis for self-diagnosis, employment screening, legal evidence, diagnostic data in academic research, or any other consequential decision.
5. User Conduct
When using the Service, you must comply with applicable laws and regulations and with these Terms. You must not:
- Access, scrape, or collect content or data from the Site using any automated means (including crawlers, bots, or scraping scripts);
- Register fake accounts, impersonate another person, use another person's email or information to register, or create multiple accounts for a single individual;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site's servers, databases, or systems, or interfere with, disrupt, or overload the system (for example, through DDoS attacks);
- Upload or distribute content that is unlawful, harmful, infringing, fraudulent, harassing, defamatory, or obscene;
- Attempt to obtain the Site's source code, algorithms, or internal implementation details through reverse engineering, decompilation, or other means;
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or any purpose expressly prohibited by these Terms.
If you breach the above rules, we may at any time take measures including, without limitation, issuing warnings, restricting features, suspending or terminating your account, and removing related content. We reserve the right to pursue legal liability, and you shall compensate the Site or any third party for losses caused by your breach.
6. Account and Account Security
To use some features, you must register an account and set a password. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security issue, you must notify us immediately and change your password.
We are not responsible for losses caused by your failure to safeguard your credentials or to notify us promptly. To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for all charges and liabilities arising from activity under your account.
7. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the overall design, layout, original written content, trademarks, icons, software code, and other original works on this Site are owned by the Site or its respective rights holders and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Without our prior written permission, you may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, adapt, translate, or otherwise use any of this content for commercial purposes.
Some of the psychological assessment scales used on this Site (such as the ASRS ADHD self-report scale, WHO-related scales, and screening tools adapted from DSM diagnostic criteria) are compiled from publicly available, public-domain, or freely usable materials. For scales or instruments sourced from third parties, we indicate their source where applicable and endeavor to respect their original attribution and usage requirements. The intellectual property in such scales belongs to their original rights holders.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the content of the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not use the content of the Site beyond this scope.
8. Limitation of Liability
Because the Service is provided free of charge, you bear sole responsibility for any decisions made based on test results and for their consequences, and the Site accepts no liability in this regard. You reaffirm that the Site does not provide medical or professional advice and that test results do not constitute a diagnosis.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the complete exclusion or limitation of certain implied warranties or liabilities. In such cases, the above limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law.
9. Third-Party Links and Advertisements
The Site may contain links to third-party websites and may display advertisements through third-party ad networks such as Google AdSense. These third-party websites and advertisements are operated independently by the respective third parties. The Site does not review, and is not responsible for, the legality, accuracy, completeness, or security of their content.
Any decision to visit a third-party link or to transact with any third-party advertiser is yours, and you bear the associated risks. Any dispute between you and a third party should be resolved directly with that third party and is unrelated to the Site.
10. Suspension and Termination of Accounts
You may delete your account at any time through your account settings to terminate your use of the Service. After deletion, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your account or restrict your access to the Service at any time, without liability to you, in any of the following circumstances:
- You breach these Terms or applicable laws or regulations;
- Your conduct causes, or poses a real risk of causing, loss to the Site or to other users;
- We are required to do so by a lawful request from a competent authority;
- It is reasonably necessary to protect the Site, other users, or the public interest.
The provisions of these Terms concerning intellectual property ownership, limitation of liability, dispute resolution, and governing law survive any termination of your account.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The revised Terms will be posted on this page, and the "Last updated" date at the top will be updated accordingly. For material changes, we will provide notice through reasonable means such as in-site notifications or email.
Revised Terms take effect when they are posted. If you continue to use the Service after the revised Terms take effect, you are deemed to agree to the revised Terms; if you do not agree, please stop using the Service and delete your account.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
The formation, validity, interpretation, performance, and dispute resolution of these Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (for the purposes of these Terms, excluding the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, the Macao Special Administrative Region, and the Taiwan region). If any provision of these Terms conflicts with a mandatory provision of law, that mandatory provision prevails, and the remaining provisions remain in effect.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may bring proceedings before a competent court in the jurisdiction where the Site's operating entity is located. During the dispute-resolution period, the provisions not in dispute continue to be performed.
13. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is held by a competent court or arbitral tribunal to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. These Terms, together with any separate rules referenced in them and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Site regarding the Service and supersede any prior oral or written communications or agreements relating to the Service.
